Q: What if my Amazon account or product is currently suspended

A: We are happy to help! However, there is a one-time “pre-existing suspension” fee that must be collected prior to beginning work for any sellers who have received a 72-Hour Notice or Notice of Suspension prior to joining SellerBasics.

Q: Is there a limit to the number of incidents that I can get help with

A: There is no limit to the number of incidents you can get assistance with. However, you are limited to 5 open matters at a time.

Q: What is covered under my suspension coverage

A: Compare our rates to our competitors! Our suspension package includes all of the following as part of your complimentary Suspension Benefit:

  • Your initial Plan of Action and revisions as necessary. 
  • A letter to Amazon Legal from our network of attorneys, if necessary.
  • An Appeal to the CEO team
  • Up to 30 minutes of telephone consultations regarding the issue. 

Q: What is a QuickConsult, and are they really unlimited

A:  A QuickConsult is a 15-minute call with our network attorneys on any legal topic related to running your eCommerce business. These can include calls related to employment practices, business contracts, intellectual property, avoiding suspensions, asset protection, estate planning, ownership changes, tax law questions, or other legal questions. We will spend up to 15 minutes discussing the issue with you, and advise you if a one-hour strategy call is appropriate. In the event that your issue is more complex than a QuickConsult or one-hour strategy call, we will provide you with a discounted flat-rate proposal or hourly engagement to represent you in the matter.

Q: Is the account suspension after 1 Day of membership really free?

A: Yes.

Q: What is the standard turnaround time on services?

A:  Our services are triaged, so account suspensions or claims that put your account at risk for suspension are treated first for our members. Our standard turnaround time is three business days.

Q: What is the cost per month?

The cost for the SellerBasics Account Health membership is $99/month. If you have more than one Amazon account, we offer an additional store add-on discounted price of $70 per month. 

Q: What is not covered under my SellerBasics Plan?

A:  There are certain types of claims that are not covered under a SellerBasics plan. These include recalls, litigation, arbitration, mediation, dispute resolution, tax appeals, tax audits, complex intellectual property disputes, or business disputes. While these services are not available for a flat service fee, SellerBasics subscribers may be eligible for a discounted hourly rate with our network attorneys. Additionally, SellerBasics is not insurance, and you must use the attorney assigned by SellerBasics if you have a covered incident.

Q: What if I have more than one Amazon Account?

A:  A seller's primary account is covered under the $99/month, and is eligible for the Complimentary Suspension Benefit. Any accounts (Canada, Mexico, UK,) linked to the USA Account through the Global Selling program are also covered for discounted benefits. 

 

If a seller has multiple accounts within a marketplace (for example, 2 Canadian, or 2 USA accounts), the additional account can be covered for a $70 per month fee per additional account. Any accounts (Canada, Mexico, UK,) linked to the additional account through the Global Selling program are also covered for discounted benefits. 

Q: Does my SellerBasics membership cover Walmart accounts?

A:  Yes! Our $99/month membership includes account health assistance for both Amazon and Walmart.

What is not covered under the SellerBasics Membership Plan

There are certain types of claims that are not covered under the SellerBasics Flat-Rates shown above.
